Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking a session with Tech Simplified.

Pricing

How much does the AI Time Audit cost?

+

Nothing. The AI Time Audit is a free tool on the site. Nine questions, about four minutes, and your written plan appears on screen. If you want a person to walk you through what it found, that is a separate paid Audit Review Session starting at $497.

What does Copilot enablement training cost?

+

Live online training starts at $3,500 for a three-hour session with up to 25 people. The recorded training comes two ways: a $397 professional seat for one person, or a $1,500 license covering up to 25 people in your organization. Past three people the team license is the cheaper of the two. Both recorded options are still in production. Final live pricing depends on team size and how much we customize to your workflows, and it is confirmed in writing before anything is booked.

I want the training but I am not the one who approves spending. What are my options?

+

The $397 professional seat exists for exactly that. It is the same recorded curriculum as the team license, for one person, at a price most people can expense without starting a budget conversation. If you later want the rest of your team on it, the $1,500 license covers up to 25 people and works out cheaper past three.

Do you deliver training in person?

+

Yes, on request. Pricing depends on your location, team size, and the length of the day, so it is quoted individually rather than listed. Travel, lodging, ground transport, and meals are covered by you and billed at cost with receipts, on top of the training fee. Email contact@techsimplified.cloud and you will get the full quote in writing before you commit.

How do I know if we are even on the right Microsoft licenses?

+

That is a different question from training, and an important one to answer first. We built a free tool for it. Answer four questions on whichm365.com and you get the exact license to recommend, the estimated market price, what you give up, and when it is worth upgrading. It also has a plain-language feature glossary, side-by-side guides like Business Premium vs E3 and E5 vs E7, and a feed of what is new in Microsoft 365.

Is there anything free before I spend money?

+

Plenty. The YouTube channel has 103K+ subscribers and practical AI and Microsoft 365 walkthroughs at no cost. The Substack newsletter runs a mix of free and paid posts, with the free ones going out regularly. Watch first and decide afterward whether you want it delivered to your team.

Can I see what you are like before paying for anything?

+

That is what the free audit and the YouTube channel are for. Run the audit, read what comes back, and watch a couple of videos. If the thinking is useful for free, that tells you more about whether to pay for a session than any sales call would.

What to Expect

What is the difference between the free audit and the paid review session?

+

The AI Time Audit is the free tool. You answer nine questions and it returns the top places AI can save your team time, the tool for each one, a first step, and what the lost time costs you a year. The Audit Review Session is an hour of Sly's time, starting at $497, spent going through those results on your own files. The audit tells you what to do. The review session is for the judgement calls a form cannot make.

Do I need to know anything about AI to run the audit?

+

No, and there is nothing to book. It is written for business owners and operations leads, not technical people. Every question is about how your team spends its week, and every answer comes back in plain language.

How long does it take to see results?

+

Immediately. The audit gives you your plan on screen the moment you finish it, and every opportunity comes with a first step that takes under an hour. Nothing waits on us before your team can start.

What if we already have a Copilot rollout underway?

+

Even better. We can audit what has already been rolled out, identify adoption gaps, and build on the investment you have already made.

Who It Is For

We are a small business with fewer than 10 employees. Is this for us?

+

Yes. Some of our most impactful sessions have been with teams of five or fewer. The smaller the team, the faster you can implement what we identify together.

We do not use Microsoft 365. Can you still help?

+

Our deepest expertise is in the Microsoft ecosystem. If your team uses Google Workspace or other tools, reach out first and we will let you know honestly whether we are the right fit.

For MSPs

How does the AI Time Audit work for an MSP?

+

Run it free, as often as you like. Use it on your own team first to see what it produces, then run it on a client account and take the findings into that conversation. Nothing stops you running it on every account you manage. If a particular account is worth a second read, book an Audit Review Session and we will go through it with you before you put your name on a recommendation.

Can we use the findings in our own client conversations?

+

Yes. The written summary is plain language and client-ready. Forward it, or walk your client through it yourself. We do not require attribution and we do not go around you to your client.

We already sell Microsoft 365 to our clients. How does this fit?

+

Selling licenses and enabling adoption are two different things. Most MSPs are great at the former and have a real gap in the latter. That gap is exactly where Tech Simplified adds value — and where you can add a new revenue stream.
